As a woman, a mom, & a business owner I understand how demanding our lives can be and we tend to neglect our health and taking care of ourselves in every aspect {emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually}. It took my life turning upside down and going through a divorce where I really struggled with my mental health and the gym became my therapy sessions. I feel so empowered by taking CONTROL of my life that it has translated into other areas outside of the gym, I feel like a new woman...a passionate, more loving, & happier person.
I have created plans that will help to simplify your life in the gym and in the kitchen. These plans come as detailed as possible and the only thing you have to do is PUT IT TO ACTION. I always say the best plans are the ones that you will actually follow. Take this serious and treat this like its your job and you will succeed! All I ask is you show up everyday for YOURSELF, be consistent, and stay disciplined. The results will follow!!
These plans have been designed to help create good habits that will help you to make LIFESTYLE changes and not just quick fixes. I believe in knowledge and when we know better, we do better. There are multiple plans that will fit any need. Think of your health as an INVESTMENT, after all you carry that billboard around all day....so why not be proud of it.
